SECTION OFFICER (LABOUR-I)

  • Establishment of Directorate of Labour.
  • Establishment of Directorate Manpower & Training Sindh.
  • Establishment of Mines Labour Welfare Organization.
  • All court cases relating with the Directorate of Labour.
  • Establishment of Mines Labour Welfare Organization, including auction/ contract and etc.

SECTION OFFICER (LABOUR-II)

  • Establishment of Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) including Court Cases.
  • Legislation of all Labour laws / Rules (Workers Welfare Board, SESSI, EOBI and Minimum Wages Board).
  • Devolution matter after 18th Amendment.
  • Appointment of certified Surgeons & Inspector, exemptions under various Labour Laws, leaves under Factories Act.
  • All correspondence relating to Labour inspection and development etc. with Federal Government.
  • Establishment of Sindh Workers Welfare Board, inspection of its Budget and Audit including court cases/HRC Cases.
  • Establishment of Sindh Minimum Wages.

SECTION OFFICER (GENERAL)

  • General Administration and establishment of the Department (Secretariat Side) and Supervision of Receipt and Issuance Branch.
  • Secretaries Committee Meeting.

DRAWING DISBURSING OFFICER (D.D.O)

  • D.O of the Department (Secretariat Side)
  • Arrangement and Supply of Stationery and printing items for the Department.
  • Preparation of Budget of the Department (Secretariat Side)
  • All accounts & Audit matter (Secretariat Side) as well attached with AG Sindh & Audit Office / PAC.

 SECTION OFFICER (BUDGET & DEVELOPMENT)

  • Budget relating with the attached offices of the department.
  • Financial matters of attached offices dealing the finance department. Reconciliation of accounts of attached office of Labour & HRD.
  • KE/Hesco Matters.
  • KW & SB/WASA matters.
  • All development schemes and other related issued with the Planning & Development and Finance Department, Govt of Sindh.
  • Inspection Report of all development schemes.

SECTION OFFICER (COORD)

  • Establishment of Labour Courts.
  • Directives / President/ Prime Minister/ Governor / Chief Minister / Minister / Chief Secretary etc.
  • Assembly business/question/motions/Resolutions / Cut Motion including
  • National Assembly and Senate issues relating to Cabinet
  • Establishment of NILAT.
  • All matters relating with ILO / UNICEF /World Bank.
